Supplier and service notice

Travel services are provided by the suppliers named in your booking. Suppliers set their own prices, availability, schedules, service standards, and rules for changes, cancellations, and refunds. Ray Travel Vacations arranges travel as your travel advisor and cannot guarantee a supplier’s performance or the outcome of a request made to a supplier. This notice does not waive any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

I reviewed the itinerary, total price, amount due, payment schedule, and supplier cancellation/change terms in the quote identified above. I authorize Ray Travel Vacations to submit the booking in that quote to the supplier, using the payment method I provide directly to the supplier. I understand the supplier must confirm the reservation. I confirm that I am the lead traveler or am authorized to approve this booking for the travelers included in the quote. I agree to submit this authorization electronically and understand that entering my name below is my electronic signature for this request.
